Job summary

MSA Professional Services seeks a Senior Endpoint Automation Engineer to modernize how we deliver and manage technology across the organization. You will design, automate, secure, and manage our endpoint ecosystem in on‑prem and cloud environments, including M365 and Azure.

Your work will span zero-touch provisioning, automated onboarding, security and lifecycle management, and scalable solutions to improve the employee experience and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

• BS in Information Science or Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with large-scale endpoint environments and automation.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain endpoint automation strategy, standards, and best practices.
• Administer and optimize endpoint technologies including Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, PDQ, and JAMF.
• Build and maintain PowerShell scripts, automated workflows, and device lifecycle management.
• Monitor endpoint health, security, and compliance; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Lead projects to modernize endpoint infrastructure and educate stakeholders.
