Qualifications

• 5+ years of desktop engineering or enterprise desktop support experience.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) administration.
• Strong experience with software packaging, deployment, and OS deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise endpoint platforms and administration tools.
• Create, deploy, and maintain software packages and OS deployments.
• Administer SCCM/MECM, Intune, and related endpoint technologies.
• Support device compliance, patch management, and endpoint security initiatives.
• Build and maintain imaging and deployment task sequences.
• Troubleshoot endpoint management issues across a large user base.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams.
