Job summary
MSA Professional Services is seeking a Senior Endpoint Automation Engineer to modernize and optimize how technology is delivered and managed across our organization. The role focuses on designing, automating, securing, and managing MSA’s endpoint ecosystem across on‑premises and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
The position supports zero-touch provisioning, automated onboarding, endpoint security, and lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Information Science or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in IT and 5+ years in endpoint engineering or similar roles.
- Deep knowledge of modern endpoint management platforms and security.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the endpoint automation strategy, standards, and best practices.
- Administer and optimize endpoint technologies including Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, PDQ, JAMF.
- Build and maintain PowerShell scripts and automated workflows for onboarding and device lifecycle.
- Monitor endpoint health, performance, compliance and security; troubleshoot issues.
- Lead modernization projects and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
