Job summary
MSA Professional Services seeks a Senior Endpoint Automation Engineer to modernize how technology is delivered and managed across the organization. You will design, automate, secure, and manage the endpoint ecosystem on‑prem and in the cloud (Microsoft 365 and Azure), focusing on zero/low‑touch provisioning, security, and lifecycle management.
This is a hybrid/remote role within driving distance of MSA offices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years in IT; 5+ years in endpoint engineering or desktop systems.
- MD-102 and SC-300 certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an endpoint automation strategy, standards and best practices.
- Administer and optimize endpoint technologies (Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, PDQ, JAMF).
- Build PowerShell scripts and automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and device lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with Security and Governance to embed best practices in endpoint solutions.
- Lead modernization projects and provide documentation and training.
