Job summary

SOLV Energy, LLC is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP program, driving policy development, evidence gathering, and regulatory reporting. You will own audits, risk assessments, remediation planning, and stakeholder coordination across IT, cybersecurity, and operations.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in IT/security, 7+ years in NERC CIP, and strong documentation and communication skills to mentor peers and sustain compliance posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance.
• Deep working knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work independently, own initiatives end to end, and mentor peers.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO27001 or similar standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program.
• Lead audits, self-certifications, and spot checks with evidence standards.
• Design and maintain compliance metrics and program reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, OCC IT & Operators and other teams.
• Develop CIP training and awareness programs.
• Maintain documentation and records for audit readiness.
• Mentor analysts and onboard new team members.
