Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to provide senior-level analytical and program management support directly to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager of a U.S. Navy major surface combatant shipbuilding program office.

This is an on-site position at the Washington Navy Yard. The analyst will lead program office operations support, program planning and integration, program monitoring and control, and preparation of senior leadership and Congressional products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in business or technical field.
15+ years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
Supervisory experience and ability to communicate with SES and Flag-level personnel.
Excellent writing, briefing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level analytical and program management support to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager.
Lead program office operations, program planning and integration, and program monitoring and control.
Prepare senior leadership and Congressional products.
Oversee meeting coordination, document control and IDE reporting.
Maintain program office metrics, action items and milestones.
