Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to lead integrated performance analysis for the Technical Director's department of a U.S. Navy major surface combatant shipbuilding program office.

The analyst will lead Earned Value Management, Integrated Master Schedule analysis, cost estimating, should-cost and industrial base analysis of shipbuilder performance. The analyst will also make senior-level recommendations to Government leadership.

Qualifications

• More than 15 years of experience in financial/cost analysis, operations research analysis or engineering/science management.
• Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience communicating with SES and Flag-level personnel.
• Proven ability to support contracts efficiently and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead EVMS policy, surveillance and data compliance and track shipbuilder corrective action reports.
• Support IBRs and Over Target Baseline / Schedule actions.
• Analyze EV data, CSDR and EVM trends and prepare responses and recommendations.
• Import and analyze shipbuilder Integrated Master Schedules for integrity and critical path.
• Perform schedule risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain cost estimates and EACs; analyze forward pricing rates and track indices.
• Conduct affordability/should-cost, risk and industrial base analyses.
