Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a professional support services team for a U.S. Navy major surface combatant shipbuilding program office at the Washington Navy Yard.

You will be the primary point of contact for Government program leadership, overseeing a ~30-person team across logistics, program support and management, acquisitions, and cost estimation. The role covers staffing, quality control, cost management, subcontractor integration, and on-time delivery of all

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, management or a technical field.
• PMP or DAWIA Certification in Program Management required.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience communicating with SES and Flag-level personnel.
• Proven ability to manage CPFF/level-of-effort contracts efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for performance of a CPFF, level-of-effort task order.
• Plan, direct and oversee all tasks across five support areas with high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Manage labor hours, cost, burn rate and funding; alert Government to cost or schedule issues.
• Prepare and deliver monthly status, financial and performance reports.
• Support Government performance assessments, including CPARS.
