Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Acquisition Management Specialist to lead acquisition and contract management support for a U.S. Navy major surface combatant shipbuilding program office. The specialist will guide strategy, reporting, and milestone activities.

The role requires working with SES/Flag personnel, DoW systems, and coordinating with shipbuilders and government reviews. Hybrid work near Washington Navy Yard with on-site presence and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business or a technical field.
• More than 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience communicating with SES and Flag-level personnel.
• Proven ability to manage the contract type efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Demonstrated experience with DoW acquisition systems and reports (SAR, DAES, ASN(RD&A) Dashboard).

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis of alternatives and data-driven recommendations to support acquisition strategy development.
• Lead development and maintenance of the Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) and related reports.
• Develop Milestone B Plans of Action & Milestones and track progress.
• Support contract modification processes and quarterly reviews, including CPARS and SPS packages.
• Lead and mentor acquisition analysts and prepare senior leadership briefings.
