E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Acquisition Management Specialist to lead acquisition strategy, planning, and contract management support for a U.S. Navy shipbuilding program office.

The role includes preparing APB/SAR/DAES reports, Milestone B activities, and coordinating contract administration with the shipbuilder and services contracts. Hybrid work with regular on-site presence at the Washington Navy Yard and telework per policy is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business or a technical field.
• More than 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience communicating with SES and Flag-level personnel.
• Proven ability to manage the contract type efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Experience with DoW acquisition systems and reports (SAR, DAES, ASN(RD&A) Dashboard).

Mansioni

• Lead acquisition strategy and planning.
• Prepare and maintain APB, APB change reports, SARs and DAES reports.
• Prepare inputs to GAO assessments and DoN Gate reviews.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly ASN(RD&A) Dashboard reporting.
• Coordinate contract administration and CPARS/SPS packages.
• Lead and mentor acquisition analysts.
• Prepare senior leadership briefings for DoD and Congress.
