Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to provide senior-level analytical and program management support to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager of a U.S. Navy shipbuilding program office.

This is an on-site position at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. You will lead operations support, planning and integration, monitoring and control, and prepare senior leadership and Congressional products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a business or technical field.
• 15+ years in engineering/science management, OR operations research or financial/cost analysis.
• Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
• Supervisory experience and ability to brief SES/Flag-level personnel.
• Excellent writing, briefing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review and analyze program information; provide senior-level recommendations.
• Define complex program problems, analyze data and develop practical solutions.
• Lead a team of analysts and administrative personnel supporting the Program Management Office.
• Support development of program goals, execution strategies and plans.
• Maintain the program integration plan and draft senior leadership briefings.
• Track program metrics, action items and milestones.
• Monitor schedules, perform critical path management and provide impact assessments.
• Prepare responses to Congressional staff and public affairs actions.
• Oversee meeting coordination, document control and IDE reporting.
