Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the U.S. Navy frigate program out of the PMS 410 office (Washington, DC).

The role involves coordinating production activities, managing schedules and risk, and serving as a liaison between the DC and Pascagoula teams. A DoD Secret clearance is required or ability to obtain it; a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience is expected. Qualifications

• This role requires a current or ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of program office, ship production support and oversight experience.
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills for senior leadership interactions.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Extensive Navy/DOD acquisition knowledge in Naval Ship New Construction and related schedules.
• Experience in Navy Shipbuilding Program Office or SUPSHIP environments.
• Proven leadership and oversight of a team.
• Ability to interface with customers, stakeholders, and industry with rapid presentation generation.
• Proficiency in MS365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and technical report writing abilities.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and programmatic support to 410 Leadership.
• Assist PMS 410 in cost, schedule and performance management for the Frigate program.
• Analyze data and develop reports, briefings, and decision tools for Navy leadership.
• Embed with PMS 410 Production leadership to align priorities.
• Develop and analyze production metrics to inform decisions.
• Track milestones, risk mitigation, and contract deliverables.
• Lead Integrated Product Teams and program reviews.
• Guide production and quality teams in new construction shipbuilding.
• Supervise the Washington Navy Yard production support team.
• Mentor junior analysts on short/long-term contract efforts and PMS 410P.
• Contribute to strategic planning and 410P objectives.
• Participate in meetings with PMS 410, SUPSHIP and shipyard/subcontractors.
• Submit weekly/monthly activity reports to the task lead.
• Coordinate with the local SUPSHIP team as needed.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and perform other duties.
