Job summary

Serco Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the Navy frigate program office with production and quality oversight.

You will coordinate with NAVSEA, SUPSHIP, and shipyards to ensure schedules and contract deliverables are met, while analyzing program data and delivering briefings to senior leadership. A DoD secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of program office/production oversight experience.
• Experience with Navy shipbuilding program offices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and programmatic support to 410 Leadership.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance for the Frigate program.
• Develop reports and decision-support tools for Navy leadership.
• Lead and coordinate Integrated Product Teams and program reviews.
• Supervise Washington Navy Yard production support team.
