Job summary

Serco Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Operations Lead to support the US Navy Frigate Program Office. You will lead a cross-functional team, manage data analytics and dashboards, and deliver executive-level reports to improve cost, schedule, and performance visibility.

The role requires US citizenship, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience with 5+ years in program office support. Travel up to 25% and strong Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with relevant program office work
• Minimum 5 years of relevant program office, ship production, or acquisition support experience
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and other Power Platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact with senior Navy leadership, government civilians, and industry stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team supporting Program Operations, including risk management, data management, and data visualization for PMS 410
• Develop and maintain dashboards, performance metrics, and data-driven reporting tools for leadership decision making
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve complex programmatic issues and drive timely execution of cost, schedule, and performance objectives
• Direct preparations, review, and quality assurance of executive-level reports and briefings
• Monitor program milestones, action items, and contract deliverables, identifying dependencies and risks
• Lead business process improvements with standardized procedures and governance frameworks
• Oversee SharePoint and knowledge management to improve information architecture and collaboration
• Support strategic planning initiatives and special projects to improve operational effectiveness
