Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Program Operations Lead to support the US Navy Frigate Program Office (PMS 410).

You will lead a cross-functional team delivering data analytics, dashboards, and exec‑level reporting to enable informed decisions on cost, schedule, and performance for Navy surface combatants. You will coordinate risk management, process improvements, and knowledge management, while ensuring timely execution and strategic planning across the program office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional experience considered in lieu of education.
• 5+ years of relevant program office, ship production, or acquisition support experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance within 3 months or hold an active DoD clearance.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and other Power Platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Navy Shipbuilding Program Office or Supervisor of Shipbuilding preferred.
• Able to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team support for Program Operations, including risk management and data visualization for PMS 410.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data-driven reporting tools for leadership decision making.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve complex programmatic issues and drive timely execution of cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Prepare, review, and quality assured executive reports, briefings, and high-visibility deliverables.
• Monitor program milestones, action items, and contract deliverables, identifying dependencies and risks.
• Lead business process improvements with standardized procedures and automated workflows.
• Oversee SharePoint and knowledge management to improve information architecture and collaboration.
• Support strategic planning initiatives and special projects to improve operational effectiveness.
