Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an energetic Program Operations Lead in the Washington, DC area to support the US Navy Frigate Program Office.

You will manage cross-functional teams, develop dashboards, and deliver executive-level reporting to improve program visibility and decision making. The role requires a Secret clearance (or ability to obtain), 5+ years in a related program office, and strong Power BI skills within the M365 environment.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance within three months of hire or an active DoD clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Minimum 5 years in program office, ship production, or acquisition support.
• Strong Power BI and Power Platform proficiency.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to engage across all levels of government and industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team supporting Program Operations, including risk management and data visualization.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to provide leadership with program visibility.
• Coordinate teams to resolve complex programmatic issues and manage cost, schedule, and performance.
• Prepare, review, and QA executive-level reports and high-visibility deliverables.
• Monitor milestones, action items, and contract deliverables; identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Drive business process improvements and standardized procedures; implement governance.
• Oversee SharePoint and knowledge management to improve information architecture.
• Support strategic planning and special projects to enhance operational effectiveness.
