You will model best practices, mentor less experienced staff, and ensure service quality and customer experience consistent with Cox Fleet standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years in dispatching, service scheduling, or logistics.
• Alternative: higher degree/certification with 3 years experience.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service events from client request to repair completion.
• Assign work to technicians with KPI focus.
• Monitor and communicate delays or service issues to customers and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve multi-party service issues.
