Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant healthcare sales experience with a focus on Specialty sales - Dental/Vision/Voluntary.
• Ability to explain relevant process elements and issues in detail during discussions.
• Persuasive presentation skills demonstrating value and moving clients to purchase.
• Ability to negotiate with internal/external clients to achieve profitable wins.
• Must have active health/life insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements sales strategies to sell products and services to large group accounts or government programs.
• Conducts business development activities to pursue growth channels and new clients in specified territories.
• Influences sales and retention by managing complex negotiations and renewals.
• Works with clients to identify needs and craft multifaceted product packages.
• Coordinates integration across internal teams to complete sales, installation, servicing and product development.
