Job summary

CARFAX, a division of Mobility Global, is seeking a National Account Manager in Dallas, TX to lead automotive account strategies across top dealer groups. You will build executive relationships, cultivate new business, coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze performance data, and drive onboarding and training initiatives.

The role requires a road warrior mindset with frequent regional travel, a focus on customer experience, and a proven ability to create value and develop strategic account

Qualifications

• 10+ years of automotive account management experience.
• Proven ability to develop relationships at corporate levels within top dealer groups.
• Strong collaborator with internal relationship-building capability.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region, including overnights.
• Ability to run agenda-driven meetings virtually or in person.
• Focus on delivering great customer experience and attention to detail in ongoing account management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships at all corporate levels of influence within the assigned customer base.
• Cultivate new business development opportunities.
• Coordinate all client interactions across internal and customer-facing teams.
• Review and analyze customer performance data and metrics.
• Manage all phases of onboarding: implementation, deliverables, training.
