Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in strategic account management, national accounts, or commercial leadership.
• Proven success negotiating multi-year supply agreements and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for national and regional customers.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, market penetration, and share of wallet.
• Lead complex contract negotiations involving pricing, supply agreements and commitments.
• Grow and protect key accounts through proactive sales and retention strategies.
• Build executive relationships across procurement, operations, supply chain, quality and leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams supporting account growth and customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business development and strategic sales opportunities.
