This senior commercial role combines strategic account management, B2B sales, business development, contract negotiation, customer retention, and revenue growth within the manufacturing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate is an experienced National Accounts Manager or commercial sales leader with a proven record of growing complex accounts, negotiating multi-year supply agreements, and building executive-level customer partnerships.

What you'll do:

• Demonstrated success managing large, complex national or key accounts
• Proven experience negotiating multi-year supply agreements and commercial contracts
• Track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, account expansion, and customer retention
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
• Customer-focused, results-driven approach
