Job summary

Jazwares, LLC is seeking a National Account Manager to drive profitable growth across a mixed portfolio of national retail accounts. You will own relationships end-to-end, forecast, and execution while collaborating with Ops, BI, Finance, Brand and Marketing to maximize retailer performance.

You will lead negotiations, tailor ranging and promos, and work with planning to meet forecasts. A fast-paced environment requires strong communication and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or industry relevant field.
• 5+ years of sales experience with consumer goods and major retailers.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience with direct buyer and vendor manager relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact on named accounts with end-to-end ownership.
• Collaborate with retailers to tailor ranging and promos for each brand.
• Lead terms negotiations to ensure sustainable growth.
• Work with planning and procurement to align forecasts and timelines.
• Manage P&L and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attend industry events and build customer relationships.
