Job summary

Jazwares, LLC is seeking a National Account Manager to own end-to-end relationships with named retail accounts across Department Store, Mid-Tier, and Specialty channels. You will drive profitable growth, negotiate terms, and align forecasting with planning, while collaborating with Ops, BI, Finance, Brand and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with consumer goods / major retailers.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience with direct buyer and vendor manager relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be primary point of contact on named accounts with end-to-end ownership of forecasting/execution/performance.
• Collaborate with retailers to tailor ranging and promo to maximize placement.
• Lead annual terms negotiations to drive sustainable growth.
• Coordinate with planning/procurement to align volumes with forecasts.
• Ensure stock supply with operations contacts and maintain relationships.
• Develop customer business plans considering long-term goals and profitability.
