Qualifications

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and budgeting techniques.
• Experience interpreting program financial performance and balance sheet/P&L results.
• Supervisory experience directing financial management operations.
• Ability to meet stringent deadlines in fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Directs the preparation, analysis, and execution of the NAF annual operating budget, APF/NAF support budget, Capital Purchases and Minor Construction budgets, NAF procurement functions, Five Year Plan, etc.
• Conducts cost and economic analysis, efficiency studies, and organization functional analysis; establishes policies and procedures.
• Exercises financial oversight for installation private organizations and certifies availability of funds for expenditures.
• Uses automation software and hardware to perform analytical, technical, and administrative tasks.
• Executes, monitors, coordinates, and provides oversight to operating and reimbursable budget programs.
• Gathers, verifies and consolidates budget/financial data for spreadsheets and presentations.
• Researches, verifies, and revises budget/program data; prepares funding justifications and monitors expenditures.
• Performs duties associated with supervising staff.
