Obsolete Site seeks a Chief of the Financial Management Branch to manage APF and NAF budgets, including operating, support, capital, and minor construction programs. The role emphasizes GAAP compliance, cost analysis, and staff supervision within a large installation.

Qualifications

• Experience applying GAAP principles in budgeting and audit contexts.
• Documented experience equivalent in complexity to next lower grade/level is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee APF and NAF budgets and ensure synchronization with fund sources.
• Develop and monitor quality control procedures for GAAP and financial operations.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses, efficiency studies and organizational evaluations.
• Provide technical advisory support to division chiefs on NAF fiscal management and supervise staff.
