Job summary

The U.S. Navy NAS JRB Fort Worth invites applications for the Financial Business Manager in the Fleet and Family Readiness program. You will oversee budgeting, internal controls, and financial analysis for NAF funds and related programs to ensure GAAP compliance and accurate reporting.

Reporting to the MWR Director, you will supervise staff, provide training on financial regulations, and coordinate with program directors to optimize resources while supporting incentives and program initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Financial Management concepts, principles, and processes (budgeting, internal/management controls, cost benefit analysis).
• Ability to supervise and mentor employees in financial matters.
• Experience with GAAP and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management for NAF funds, GPC, and related programs.
• Audit and approve Government Purchase Card transactions.
• Develop internal controls and monitor revenues, expenditures, and inventories.
