ALFA AI GmbH in the United States is seeking a talented Designer to lead North America marketing creative. You will own projects from brief to delivery, shaping how the brand is experienced across digital, retail and integrated channels.

You will collaborate with the UK creative team to ensure global consistency while tailoring concepts for the North American market. The role offers remote work with autonomy and high visibility across a fast-growing premium consumer brand.

Competenze

• 5+ years in an agency or in-house design team.
• Strong portfolio with digital campaigns, brand design and performance marketing.
• Experience designing for Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms.
• Retail or ecommerce design experience is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Design and deliver high-quality creative across paid and organic social media.
• Produce CRM and lifecycle marketing assets.
• Create retail and eCommerce creative including Amazon content, PDPs, digital banners and campaign assets.
• Design OOH advertising, point-of-sale and in-store marketing materials.
• Translate briefs into platform-specific assets to drive engagement and conversions.
• Contribute ideas to campaign development and creative strategy.
• Act as the dedicated designer for the NA Marketing team and manage projects end-to-end.
• Collaborate with the UK creative team to ensure global consistency while adapting for NA market.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, eCommerce and Product teams to deliver against priorities.
• Present concepts confidently to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain exceptional creative standards and uphold brand guidelines.
• Ensure assets meet technical specs and regulatory requirements.
• Proof and quality-check assets before delivery.
• Continuously improve creative processes and ways of working.
