Profiles Creative is hiring a talented Designer to lead the North America Marketing team's creative direction for a fast-growing premium consumer brand. You will own projects from brief to delivery, shaping digital, retail and integrated campaigns while aligning with the UK team to ensure global consistency.

You'll drive performance-driven design across Meta/TikTok and other paid social, with autonomy to influence campaigns and product launches in a high-growth environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of design experience in an agency or in-house creative team.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, brand design and performance marketing creative.
• Experience designing for Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms.
• Retail or eCommerce design experience would be highly advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver high-quality creative across paid and organic social media across NA markets.
• Produce CRM and lifecycle marketing assets.
• Create retail and eCommerce creative, including Amazon content, PDPs, digital banners and campaign assets.
• Design OOH advertising, point-of-sale and in-store marketing materials.
• Translate briefs into platform-specific assets that drive engagement, conversion and brand awareness.
• Contribute ideas to campaign development and creative strategy.
