Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in design for agencies or in-house teams.
• Strong portfolio showing digital campaigns, brand design and performance marketing.
• Experience designing for social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and eCommerce/retail assets.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, performance-driven creative across paid and organic channels.
• Own projects from concept through final delivery with autonomy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international partners to ensure brand consistency.
