Job summary

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking a senior graphic designer with a strong branding focus to shape visual identities for US clients. You will craft logos, color palettes, typography systems, and brand guidelines, and deliver production-ready assets for digital and print.

You'll collaborate with a creative team, explore AI-powered design tools, and manage multiple projects while upholding high standards of originality and quality. Remote/hybrid role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional graphic design experience with strong branding and identity focus.
• Impressive portfolio showing advanced design skills and cohesive brand systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Ability to integrate AI-powered design tools into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Brand Identity Development: create logos, color palettes, typography systems and brand guidelines.
• High-Level Graphic Design for campaigns, assets, packaging, and collateral.
• Creative Concept Development from briefs to visual directions.
• AI-Powered Design: explore and use AI tools to generate concepts and assets.
• Brand Consistency across touchpoints for diverse platforms.
