Profiles Creative is partnering with a fast-growing premium consumer brand to recruit a talented Designer for its America Marketing team. You will own creative projects from brief to delivery, producing digital, retail and integrated marketing across North America while aligning with the UK team for global consistency.

The role offers autonomy to drive campaign ideas, high impact output across channels, and opportunities to shape growth for multiple brands and product launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a design role within an agency or in-house team.
• Strong portfolio of digital campaigns, branding and performance marketing creativity.
• Experience designing for social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Retail/eCommerce design experience encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver high-quality creative across paid and organic social media.
• Produce CRM and lifecycle marketing assets.
• Create retail and eCommerce creative, including Amazon content, PDPs, banners and campaign assets.
• Design OOH advertising, point-of-sale and in-store marketing materials.
• Translate briefs into platform-specific assets driving engagement and conversion.
• Contribute ideas to campaign development and creative strategy.
• Act as the dedicated designer for the NA Marketing team and own projects end-to-end.
• Collaborate with UK team to ensure global consistency while adapting for NA.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, eCommerce and Product teams.
