Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in brand design, creative leadership or design agency roles.
• Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated brand thinking, identity creation and design systems.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to lead client conversations at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual identities, brand worlds and design systems for established and ambitious brands.
• Collaborate with research data and sector experts to uncover meaningful opportunities and translate them into thoughtful creative ideas.
• Work closely with the CCO and two Creative Directors and mentor the team.
• Present and defend creative thinking confidently to senior clients and stakeholders.
