Profiles Creative is partnering with a premier consumer brand to recruit a talented Designer for its America Marketing team. This fully remote role places you as the sole North America designer, shaping how the brand is experienced across digital, retail and integrated campaigns.

You'll own projects from brief to delivery, collaborate with the UK team for global consistency, and drive growth across D2C, retail and product launches with autonomy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in agency or in-house creative teams.
• Portfolio of digital campaigns and brand design.
• Experience designing for Meta, TikTok and paid social.
• Retail or ecommerce design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality creative across social, retail, and ecommerce assets.
• Manage projects from brief to final delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure brand guidelines and technical specs are met.
• Collaborate with UK team to maintain global campaign consistency.
