Based in Prince George, Virginia, you will collaborate with global teams, drive standards, and ensure safety, reliability, and cost targets while meeting customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 12+ years in MV switchgear, substations, or industrial power systems.
• Senior technical leadership across multiple NPI programs.
• Deep MV protection, relay coordination, and arc-flash expertise.
• Experience with IEEE/IEC standards and MV integration with SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Own MV electrical architecture strategy across platforms.
• Translate requirements into scalable engineering specs and roadmaps.
• Lead protection, coordination, and scheme studies.
• Define design transfer and manufacturing readiness for global sites.
• Mentor engineers and develop reusable standards.
