Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead multi-family projects across North Carolina, including the Raleigh/Triangle and Lexington regions. You will own field operations from preconstruction through closeout, build great teams, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and on budget.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Superintendent experience in Multi Family.
• Experience leading $20M+ construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination experience.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and MS Project.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage schedules, sequencing, look-aheads, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, owners, and design teams.
• Own jobsite safety, quality control, inspections, and logistics.
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact the project.
• Partner with the PM on RFIs, submittals, documentation, and closeout.
• Lead and develop Assistant Superintendents and field teams.
• Maintain a culture of accountability, communication, and collaboration.
