Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Field Superintendent of Construction in Raleigh, NC. Under the direction of the Project Superintendent, the Field Superintendent coordinates on-site construction activities from conception to completion.

You will lead the on-site team, manage subcontractors, safety, scheduling, quality control, and project documentation. Candidates should have at least 5 years in multi-family construction, strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills, a valid driver’s license, and OSHA

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects.
• Education in construction related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Driver’s license required; OSHA 10 or 30 certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and materials on site.
• Manage daily production schedules and field documentation.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality control across tasks.
• Assist Project Superintendent with budget and project updates.
• Provide clear communication among project participants and stakeholders.
