Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction at a Raleigh-area multifamily project. You will direct, coordinate, and supervise all on-site activities under the Director of Operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, reporting progress, and ensuring compliance with contract documents and building codes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of construction project management in multifamily housing.
• High school diploma; construction-related education preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards; OSHA 10 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations and resources.
• Oversee on-site construction from start to finish.
• Provide weekly/monthly project progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to the production schedule and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for quality and schedule.
• Prepare RFIs and maintain project documentation.
