Southway Builders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead projects in North Carolina, including the Raleigh/Triangle and Lexington regions. You will own planning, scheduling, and project closeout while building strong relationships with owners, trade partners, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction Superintendent experience.
• Experience leading projects of $20M+.
• Experience building and developing project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, including CPM schedules and look-aheads.
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors and trade partners to keep work moving safely.
• Own jobsite safety and quality, including inspections and corrective action.
• Build relationships with owners, design teams, inspectors, and partners.
• Manage project documentation and closeout activities.
