Job summary

Mountain Management Group is seeking a Superintendent for a multifamily construction project in Raleigh, NC. The role reports to the General Superintendent or Project Executive and focuses on on-site leadership, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring on-time project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have multifamily construction experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities to manage field teams and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Multifamily construction experience is required.
• Podium & Wrap experience highly preferred.
• Austin experience highly preferred.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management.
