Job summary

Invoke Staffing presents a Lead Construction Superintendent opportunity in North Carolina (Raleigh/Triangle). The role oversees all on-site construction activities, partnering with Project Managers and site staff to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget project delivery while upholding high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years as a superintendent and proven leadership across $20M+ projects, with strong expertise in ADA compliance, utilities, and complex building systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of construction superintendent experience.
• 12+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Mentor, develop, and manage Project Engineers and Assistant Superintendents.
• Review, approve, and manage submittals, shop drawings, and subcontractor documentation.
• Lead safety orientations and drive site safety programs.
