Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Property Manager for a multifamily portfolio in Florida at Coronado Springs. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with Asset Manager and Regional PM, and serve as the main contact for residents and owners.

Responsibilities include budgeting, lease administration, marketing, staff development, vendor relations, and ensuring service excellence while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of Property Management experience.
• 5+ years of Management experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Possess real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate.
• Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors.
• Experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of portfolio in partnership with Asset Manager and Regional PM.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and expense control for communities.
• Drive leasing, marketing, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Develop, mentor, and lead on-site teams across leasing, customer service, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on special projects.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and maintain a positive living environment.
