Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost renewals and revenue.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing on-site team.
• Manage community budget and finances; coordinate leasing/marketing goals.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure policy compliance.
