Job summary

Harmoniq Residential, part of Inland Companies, seeks an experienced Multifamily Operations Manager to lead multifamily properties in the Greater Madison area. You will drive performance, develop future leaders, and ensure exceptional resident and client service.

You will oversee Portfolio Managers and Property Managers, partner with ownership and executives, and guide financial strategies, capital plans, and operations to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of multifamily communities in the Madison area.
• Lead, coach, and hold Portfolio Managers accountable for performance and development.
• Set goals for occupancy, revenue growth, resident retention, expenses, and engagement.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop short- and long-term strategies.
• Oversee portfolio budgets, forecasts, capital plans, and asset optimization.
• Drive capital improvements, renovations, acquisitions, transitions, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement policies and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with HR to interview, develop, retain, and succession-plan talent.
