Job summary

MSB Resources, LLC seeks an experienced Property Manager for a premier student housing community in Madison, WI. You will lead on-site operations, oversee leasing, maintenance, and resident services, and drive occupancy and NOI while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

You will build and mentor a high-performing leasing and maintenance team, report to company leadership, and ensure financial performance aligns with portfolio goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Property Manager experience, preferably in student housing or multifamily properties.
• Experience with leasing cycles, occupancy management, and resident relations.
• Strong leadership and hands-on management style.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and NOI optimization.
• Familiar with Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio or similar software.
• Wisconsin real estate license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day student housing operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
• Lead on-site leasing and maintenance teams; foster a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
• Develop leasing strategies, monitor traffic and conversions, and drive occupancy.
• Manage resident lifecycle from application to renewal and move-out.
• Administer property budgets, financial reporting, and expense controls.
• Coordinate maintenance, turnovers, and ready timelines for new residents.
• Ensure property standards, safety, and compliance with policies.
