Aufgaben

• Work with Assistant VP to complete annual budgets, forecasts, marketing plans, staffing plans, and capital plans.
• Drive financial performance by interpreting financial statements and reports.
• Hire, recruit, train, develop, motivate, supervise, and assess staff performance.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal skills with diverse teams.
• Communicate with residents through newsletters and other media.
• Engage in promotional, social, and content marketing activities.
• Support and manage operations at various properties as needed.
