Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance; property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expertise in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and related trades.
• HVAC, EPA & CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-readies and maintenance projects meet WBPC standards.
• Update and close service requests in Yardi Mobile.
• Troubleshoot and train staff across trades.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance activities.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff and enforce safety policies.
• Communicate expectations and participate in meetings.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors for installations and repairs.
• Manage department budget and bids for major projects.
• Maintain equipment and inventory.
