ConcordRENTS is seeking a hands-on Maintenance role in Port St. Lucie, FL. The position focuses on painting, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, carpentry, landscape upkeep, and irrigation repairs to keep apartments appealing and safe for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required to service pools.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) is required or provided within six months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the condition of amenities and apartment homes to Concords high standards.
• Fully prepare apartment homes for new residents and maintain occupied units.
• Maintain the property’s curb appeal and landscape quality.
• Respond to service requests, prioritizing safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and schedule preventive maintenance.
