Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the quality of our Port St. Lucie communities. You will perform painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and carpentry to maintain apartments and amenities.

Applicants should have basic mechanical knowledge, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to read and write English. EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) and CPO may be required or obtained through company training within six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge required.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) required or to be obtained within six months.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Prefer over one year of maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Complete apartment turns with pre-move out inspections and make-readies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections (HVAC, detectors, appliances).
• Maintain grounds, buildings and common areas and ensure overall cleanliness.
• Assist with irrigation, signage, recreation areas, and pool care as certified.
• Track and close service requests in the system and report hazards.
• Participate in on-call duty evenings and weekends.
