Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service and maintain apartment homes and community facilities across Florida. Responsibilities include routine repairs, unit turns, preventive maintenance, grounds upkeep, and responsive resident support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) may be required to service pools and EPA certification needed within six months.
• Ability to speak/read/write English for safety and productivity.
• Prefer over one year of maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and maintain high satisfaction.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas.
• Complete apartment turnovers, including inspections, repairs, painting and cleaning.
• Perform preventive maintenance like HVAC checks and safety inspections.
• Maintain grounds and exterior areas, including irrigation and signage, ensuring curb appeal.
• Assist with moving appliances, key creation, and timely response to issues.
• Close service requests in the property management system and follow safety protocols.
