Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a maintenance technician to service our Florida communities, ensuring high resident satisfaction through timely repairs and proactive upkeep.

You will perform routine maintenance, respond to work orders, and prepare apartments for new residents, including turns and preventive maintenance. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is essential, with EPA/CPO certifications preferred or to be completed within 6 months.

Qualifications

• English proficiency for safety and productivity.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is required.
• Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical, appliances and carpentry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident service and maintenance.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Complete apartment turns (make-readies) and prep units for new residents.
• Perform preventive maintenance including HVAC checks and safety checks.
• Maintain community grounds, facilities and common areas.
